Craig's experience with quality assurance for accounting practices is second to none. He was a quality assurance reviewer for CPA Australia for 16 years, and a past member of its Board of Quality Review and Public Practice Committee. He is currently a mentor for the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) mentoring program.
Craig has helped more than 500 accounting practices in Australia as a quality assurance consultant or quality reviewer. More importantly, Craig has been in public practice for more than 30 years. This gives him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by all practitioners – not only in their day-to-day operations but in meeting the quality standards set by their respective accounting bodies.

As a practice principal for more than 30 years and a public practitioner himself, Craig fully understands the challenges faced by public practitioners and knows what it’s like to undertake quality reviews.
It’s a rare perspective that allows him to not only help his clients pass their quality reviews and prepare compliant APES 320, ASQM1 and APES 325 manuals but it enables him to provide input into the client's QA system to improve their overall system.
Engaged and involved
Craig is thoroughly engaged and involved in the quality assurance space for accountants. He presents at several CPA Australia Discussion Groups and industry conferences on quality assurance. He also prepared, wrote, and presented two webinars for CPA Australia for two key Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards (APES 320 and APES 325).
